Environmental and Leadership Management Program

Environmental Leadership and Management Program (ELM) was held at the Ecology Retreat Centre near Orangeville, Ontario. The two four-day sessions were held in spring 2006 and January 2007 and brought together twenty young environmental leaders from across Canada to work on leadership development and management skills. They also engaged in peer consulting and management clinics as well as took time to develop this network, reflect on their work and had the space to recharge. Participants were connected with "home teams" (smaller cohorts of four) for two follow up calls in between the sessions.
