Learning Framework
The Sustainability Network has developed an evaluation and learning plan for the four-year Environment & Diversity Project. The plan focuses on tracking "conditions for success", or understanding the capacity building areas need to be focused on in order to become more diverse and inclusive organizations.
The conditions for success are outlined in the diagram above, with preliminary learning and progress for each in our plan document, on pages 3 and 4.
