September 26, 1 pm – 4:30 pm at the Centre for Social Innovation – Annex
720 Bathurst Street (Meeting Room #1)

Join us for an afternoon of discussion and exploration into the nitty gritty of organizing strategies designed to win campaigns. This discussion is open to all organizations who have attended one of the Sustainability Network’s Introduction to Engagement Organizing workshops and who feel they are ready for a deeper conversation into overcoming the challenges, and embracing the opportunities, that this approach offers. Drawing out case studies from the group and examples uncovered through research, we will explore together real world stories (including your own) and tested techniques in using the suite of Engagement Organizing tools from theory of change, to data segmentation and audience analysis. The session is designed to expose how embracing this approach fully will drive engagement success and sustainability wins!

It is recommended that participants pre-purchase a copy of Matt’s new book “Engagement Organizing: The old art and new science of winning campaigns” and bring to session. Order with code 0168-20 for 20% off. Additional copies will be available on site.
